In-Store & Online Purchases
Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, Seoul Glow can only consider returns on skincare, beauty, and personal care products if they are unused, unopened, fully sealed, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, tested, swatched, or unsealed.
At Seoul Glow, we are committed to offering authentic, high-quality Korean skincare, beauty, and personal care products. Because these products are hygiene-sensitive and intended for personal use, returns are handled carefully to protect product integrity, safety, and quality for all customers.
This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases.

No. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for allergic reactions, irritation, purging, breakouts, or personal skin sensitivity where the product is not defective. |

No. All sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. |

What if I received the wrong item? |
Please contact Seoul Glow within 24 hours of receiving your item if it is incorrect, damaged, leaking, defective, expired, or unsafe. We will then assess the issue accordingly. |

How soon must I report an online order problem? |
Please report online order issues within 24 hours of delivery. |

What if I bought it in store and there is a problem? |
Please bring it back with proof of purchase for assessment within 7 days of purchase. |

What must I send if there is a problem with my order? |
Please send your order number or till slip, clear photos of the item, clear photos of the packaging where applicable, and a short explanation of the issue. We kindly ask that all communication remain respectful. |

What happens if my claim is approved? |
Depending on the issue, Seoul Glow may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable remedy where applicable. |

Can I send a return back without contacting you first? |
For in-store purchases, you may return to store within the required return time frame for assessment. For online purchases, please first request the return through our support team before sending any item back. |

Will delivery fees be refunded? |
Delivery fees are generally not refundable, depending on the situation and the nature of the return. |

Who pays return shipping? |
The customer is responsible for all courier costs for approved returns. |

Can Seoul Glow refuse a return? |
Yes. Returns may be refused if the item is outside or inside the 7-day period, has been opened, used, unsealed, has a broken seal, is not resellable, or if proof of purchase is missing. |
