At Seoul Glow, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Courier |
Seoul Glow delivers within South Africa using The Courier Guy. |

Delivery Timeframe |
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days from the date your order has been processed and dispatched. Delays may occur during public holidays, courier delays, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside of our control. |

Order Processing |
Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking details will be sent once the order has been dispatched. |

In-Store Collection |
In-store collection is available for selected orders. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection. Please do not collect before receiving confirmation. |

Collection Requirements |
A valid order confirmation may be required when collecting your order. |
|
Customer Responsibility |
Customers must ensure that the delivery address, contact number, and order details provided at checkout are correct and complete. |
|
Missed Deliveries |
Seoul Glow is not responsible for missed deliveries where the customer is unavailable, provides incorrect details, does not respond to courier calls, or fails to collect the parcel from the courier or collection point within the required timeframe. |

Returned Parcels |
If a parcel is returned to Seoul Glow due to failed delivery, missed delivery, or incorrect customer details, the customer may be required to pay an additional delivery fee for the parcel to be resent. |

Shipping Fees |
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by South African consumer law. |
|
Additional Shipping Costs |
Seoul Glow is not liable for extra shipping costs caused by incorrect delivery details, missed deliveries, failed delivery attempts, or customer-requested changes after dispatch. |

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items |
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact Seoul Glow as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and items received. |

Courier Delays |
Once an order has been handed over to The Courier Guy, delivery is managed by the courier. Seoul Glow will assist where possible but cannot be held liable for delays caused by courier operations, incorrect customer details, weather, strikes, road closures, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control. |

Legal Compliance |
This policy is applied in accordance with applicable South African consumer and business laws, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. |
|
Customer Rights |
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights customers may have under South African law. Where the law provides customer rights that cannot be excluded, those rights will still apply. |
