How Seoul Glow Rewards Work

Earn points

Earn 1 point for every R1 spent on eligible Seoul Glow purchases. Always use the same email address when shopping online or in-store so your points are added to the correct rewards account.

You can also earn 100 points for following Seoul Glow on Instagram, 100 points for following us on TikTok, 100 points for liking our Facebook page, and 300 points on your birthday.

Redeem your points

Open the Seoul Glow Rewards panel, sign in, choose an available reward and tap Redeem. Smile will create a discount code that you can apply at checkout. Unused redeemed codes are saved under Your Rewards.

• 100 points = R1 off with the flexible discount option
• 500 points = R25 off
• 1,000 points = R50 off
• 2,000 points = R100 off
• 3,000 points = R150 off

Do points restart after redeeming?

No. Only the points used for the selected reward are deducted. Any remaining points stay in your account and you can continue earning more.

Important information

Points may take a short time to appear after an eligible order is completed. Only one discount code can normally be used per order, and rewards may not be combined with another promotion, affiliate code or discount code.

If points expiry is enabled, your balance may expire after a long period without account activity. Earning points, redeeming points or receiving points counts as activity.
