Redeem your points
Open the Seoul Glow Rewards panel, sign in, choose an available reward and tap Redeem. Smile will create a discount code that you can apply at checkout. Unused redeemed codes are saved under Your Rewards.

Do points restart after redeeming?
No. Only the points used for the selected reward are deducted. Any remaining points stay in your account and you can continue earning more.

If points expiry is enabled, your balance may expire after a long period without account activity. Earning points, redeeming points or receiving points counts as activity.
Couldn't load pickup availability
After cleansing and toning, apply 3–4 drops and gently pat until absorbed. Follow with moisturiser. Start with 1–2 drops a few times a week if new to vitamin C, increasing as tolerated. Apply sunscreen during the day. Store tightly closed in a cool, dark place.
